General Rules

  • At Cielé, we offer a 14-day window to request a refund, starting from the date you receive your item.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and without signs of wear. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Starting a Return

  • We will provide the correct return address. Our return centers vary depending on your region, and we will send you full instructions by email.

  • Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.


Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure the item reaches us safely.


Exchanges

  • The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original product and place a new order for the desired size or model.

  • In some cases, we may offer a free size exchange — please contact our support team if you need assistance.


Cancellations

  • Cancellations are not guaranteed, as our fulfillment process and shipping label creation may already be underway soon after you place your order.

  • If you need to change your address, size, or product variation, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist, depending on the order status.


Damages and Issues

  • Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate and correct the issue.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Sale or clearance items.

  • Gift cards.

  • Custom or personalized products.

  • Personal care or intimate items, if opened or used.


Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you still haven’t received your refund, please contact us.
